Which is Best? Traditional Saunas or Infrared Saunas?

What’s the best sauna ?  The answer depends on your wants and needs.

If you are seeking a quick warm up, where only dry heat is the concern for health therapy or relaxation, then a Finnleo Far-Infrared Sauna may be your best choice.
