For over 25 years the CCA has recognized businesses that have attained the highest levels of customer service, and business ethics and standards. The award is based on a survey of residents and businesses in the Columbus Metropolitan area responding to a questionnaire on customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted by Survey Sampling International, a global leader in customer satisfaction studies.
In addition to the consumer survey, the law firm of MacMurray, Petersen and Shuster reviews each awarded company to ensure they have maintained the highest standard of business ethics.
