Dear Customers,  

Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs initiated an important safety upgrade for suction intake fittings in 2009 for certain models.  We were notified of these spas and our service technicians made the at-home required modifications for the hot tubs that had been delivered.  We also made corrections to the spas that we had on hand.  It is important to note that all Sundance and Jacuzzi portable self-contained spas manufactured after December 19, 2008 comply with the revised standards.  If you feel that you may have a hot tub that requires this upgrade please have your spa’s serial number handy to enter at the following web sites.
